Before you work together, you should really get to know each other! Our imaginative HR campaign aimed to be surprising and creative in recruiting for KION Mobile Automation:
The basic idea behind the “Ask your future boss” campaign was that the bosses apply to employees. All questions were allowed! We sent the KMA bosses totally unprepared into job interviews with the roles reversed. They had to face profound, tricky, critical, but also humorous and personal questions in order to win over potential employees.
The questions and answers can be found on the KION channels on LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook and are flanked by online ads with very selective targeting. Over the course of the campaign, new questions and answers were constantly published, resulting in a comprehensive collection of personal and helpful FAQs for potential applicants.

Thanks to the basic creative idea, the campaign was successful right from the gun and could be continuously optimized thanks to targeted campaign management. All the campaign KPIs show that our creative approach has generated traffic and leads at an excellent price-performance ratio – in an environment in which classic ways of HR communication and even headhunters have a hard time.
