As a central hub, we have designed and implemented a digital knowledge exchange platform for MTP. In addition to a comprehensive knowledge database with high-quality medical content, direct contact with medical-scientific consultants and key account managers also plays an important role. Currently numbering over 30 episodes, the specially developed podcast format “Intensive” offers experts the chance to talk about current and relevant topics and adds even more value.

The content is intelligently integrated into the online communication mix (newsletter marketing, PR & ads) as well as into the work of the field service team, thus supporting the improvement of classic sales KPIs such as appointments and opt-in generation.

The onboarding and integration of the team was also part of the task – and part of the outstanding solution. Not only were we able to create trust and awaken their enthusiasm for digital solutions, but we were also able to use their profound know-how and personal contacts with leading experts to create high-quality, exclusive content that generates a lot of attention and resonance.

Outstanding user numbers and significant improvement in all relevant KPIs have strengthened the MTP management in their chosen path. Another digital platform for the Swiss market is in progress and will prepare and support the market launch of a new drug this year.
